• NameWheels Brand: The NameWheels name, logo, and branding are owned by NameWheels. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership.

• No White-Labeling: You may not rebrand NameWheels as your own product or remove attribution without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
